What if the Electoral College gets tied? Then, the House picks the President followed by the Senate picking the Vice President. So, then we get President Romney (maybe) and Vice President Biden (also Maybe). Then, the new House and Senate get sworn in. The only comparable precedent is the 1800 election which went through the tied Electoral College process but the Constitution changed after that event. This is going to be the best show in town.

Everyone in the audience knew what Joe meant to say. This is not “picking low hanging fruit” Holly. It is picking up fruit that has fallen to the ground. Stooping that low demonstrates an act of desperation on your part since the swing state polls are all showing President Obama in the lead. Compare Biden’s gaffe to these.

Its the typical swing up of polls prior to the election, all of the partisan pollsters like Ras have to bring their numbers back in line with reality so that they can continue to hold the illusion of being accurate. This happens every election almost always shows a heavy pollster bias to republicans, And ever they is off by as much as 2-3 points in the republicans favor because newly registered voters don’t show up in the polling numbers(and newly registered voters tend to vote democrat).
